Recently I have been having smoothies in the morning on my way to kickboxing. This is such a quick and easy thing to make when you are short on time. Here is my current go to morning smoothie…and bonus it hits that peanut butter craving right on the head.
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1t chia seeds
- 1/2T peanut butter (made with Pic’s Peanut Butter)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
