Choc Coco Bliss Balls



  •  2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup natural almonds
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 banana


  • Place all ingredients (excluding 1/2 cup coconut) in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Roll blended mixture into small balls and rolls in remaining coconut.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours before eating. Keep in an airtight container in fridge.
