Last week I posted a picture of this smoothie and since then I have received so many messages asking for the recipe. It was going to be top secret until my book ‘Balance Believe Become’ was published, but here it is, a sneak peak into one of the recipes that will be featured….
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- Whipped cream
- Place banana, mango, coconut milk, and protein powder into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a mason jar, or cup.
- Top smoothie with whipped cream and enjoy.
